Cancellations & Rescheduling

I totally understand the need for flexibility in my clients hectic schedules and respect how valuable their time is. I make every attempt to accommodate client schedules and would ask that you , as a client, do the same. To ensure that scheduled appointments flow smoothly, clients will need to confirm or cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you must reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 rebooking fee. Prepayment of services may be required for future appointments.

No Shows

What happens if I miss my appointment and don't contact you to let you know i won't make it? Unfortunatley, when stylists don't have enough time to fill an appointment spot, they end up with a gap in their schedule that they lose money on. Our policy is that if an appointment is "no-showed" , 50% of the cost of services missed will be due before you are able to reschedule.

Late Policy

I will do my best to accomodate, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule or forgo some of the services: blow dry/style and will be charged full price of amount that was scheduled. If you are running late, pleases contact me as soon as possible to let me know. My clients are scheduled back to back, which means if I start just one client late, every client will be seen late. 

Redo Policy

If you are unhappy with your services, I ask that you let me know with 48 hours. I need to know or i can't do anything about it. I always go out of my way to make my clients happy and when someone isn't, I will do what it takes to make the situation better. That being said, not achieving desired final results in one session when we discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, does not constitute a " re-do". Once again, if there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and leave you 100% happy with your hair. Color clients will be subjected to additional color cost.

Social Media Pictures

I use before and after photos to show my work to potential clients. If i ask you if it's okay to take your picture, that gives me consent to post them. If you don't want your face shown, just let me know and I will make sure your face isn't showing. If you want you can share and tag yourself in photos on social media

Children in the Salon

For safety and liability reason, I ask that you please leave your children at home. Don't get the wrong idea-I love kids and have 5 of my own, but the salon is not a good a place for them,
