Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please arrive on time and prepared for your appointment, as I have an appointment cancellation policy in place. If you need to cancel your appointment, please give me at least 24 hours' notice to avoid a 60% cancellation fee. Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment. Additionally, if you arrive with extremely oily/dirty, wet, or severely tangled hair, I may need to reschedule your appointment. If your appointment needs to be rescheduled due to being late or extremely dirty hair it will be 100% of the service fee. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
No Shows
What happens if I miss my appointment and don't contact you to let you know i won't make it? Unfortunately, when a client no shows, stylists don't have enough time to fill the appointment spot & they lose money. My policy is that if an appointment is "no-showed", 100% of the cost of services missed will be charged immediately. This will have to be paid before scheduling another appointment.
Late Policy
I will do my best to accommodate, but if you are more than 10 minutes late, you will be asked to reschedule or forgo some of the services: blow dry/style and will be charged full price of amount that was scheduled. If you are running late, pleases contact me as soon as possible to let me know. My clients are scheduled back to back, which means if I start just one client late, every client will be seen late. Additionally, if you arrive with dirty, wet or tangled hair, I may not be able to provide you with the service you requested and may need to reschedule your appointment. If this happens there will be 100% service fee due.
Redo Policy
If you are unhappy with your services, I ask that you let me know with 48 hours. I need to know or i can't do anything about it. I always go out of my way to make my clients happy and when someone isn't, I will do what it takes to make the situation better. That being said, not achieving desired final results in one session when we discussed in the consultation that it will require multiple sessions, does not constitute a " re-do". Once again, if there is an issue, I am always willing to make it right and leave you 100% happy with your hair. Color clients will be subjected to additional color cost.
Social Media Pictures
I use before and after photos to show my work to potential clients. If i ask you if it's okay to take your picture, that gives me consent to post them. If you don't want your face shown, just let me know and I will make sure your face isn't showing. If you want you can share and tag yourself in photos on social media
Children in the Salon
For safety and liability reason, I ask that you please leave your children at home. Don't get the wrong idea-I love kids and have 5 of my own, but the salon is not a good a place for them,
